For the purposes of these Terms of Use, “Content” includes, but is not limited to sounds, videos, images, text, graphics, photos, audiovisual combinations, interactive features, comments, advertisements, advertisements, software and applications, among other materials that you will be able to access and / or use through the Platform.

3. The Platform has certain features that allow Customers to send or publish materials, texts and / or other content. In this sense, you understand, accept, acknowledge and commit to:

(c) when using and / or accessing the Platform, you waive any right of indemnity, present or future, against Teckins Inc. in relation to possible violations of the rights of third parties or other Clients;
(d) any and all content and material, including brands and domain names, that are made available directly by Teckins Inc. on the Platform belong exclusively to Teckins Inc., subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under the law. These Teckins Inc. own contents are not to be confused with the “Contents”, as defined in item 5 above, which may be made available by Customers, in the form of item 7 above, and over which Teckins Inc. does not have any control or intellectual property rights. . In case of doubts, you should contact Teckins Inc., through the Platform.
5. You admit and agree that Teckins Inc. may make available on the Platform the option to download documents of interest. In such a case, you should not use such documents in other media except in the memory of the computer on which you downloaded. Any exception to this rule must be expressly indicated on the Platform.
If you identify any Content on the Platform that is considered to be Prohibited Content, including for violating your copyright and / or intellectual property, you can file a complaint by emailing Teckins Inc. digital@teckins.com. After verification of the information, Teckins Inc. may, at its sole discretion, remove the reported Content.

1. Teckins Inc. will use its utmost efforts to ensure that all information and materials offered by Us on the Platform are as updated, accurate and complete as possible. However, under no circumstances can Teckins Inc. be held responsible for the integrity, timeliness and accuracy of such information and materials, and is not liable to you or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including , without limitation, for loss of profits resulting from the use of the Platform or the services offered therein.
2. You agree to defend, indemnify and exempt Teckins Inc., its directors, employees and representatives from any and all legal claims, damages, obligations or losses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) arising from:

These Terms of Use will be governed exclusively by Brazilian law and your disputes must be resolved between you and Teckins Inc. in the jurisdiction of the District of the City of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
